Hello everyone, welcome to "Watch Me Win!" I'm Maria Newsome, Customer Relations Manager of The Helping Hand Training Copany! When I started working with Anthony in February I was a full-time college student who worked 25+ hours a week. I was constantly tired, out of energy, and had unfortunately put my focus on health, fitness, and smart eating habits aside. I had let stress and pressure get the best of me, which not only effected me physically, but mentally as well. I asked Anthony if he could design a workout program to help me get back into shape. Of course he created a spectacular one, but I kept making excuses about not having time between work and school. Then one day I had the wake up call I sorely needed! On March 31, 2009, some classmates and I went to a local beach and I realized how unhappy I was with my current energy level and physique. I began my "Fitness Revitalization" and watched what I ate and over a period of just ONE MONTH I felt like a totally new person! I was energetic at work, more focused in class, and had time for my workouts, and soe to spare! I told Anthony the good news about my success, and we came up with this interactive page, "Watch Maria Win!"

Anthony has created a NEW "Fitness Revitalization" program for me so I can continue to see results and take it to the NEXT LEVEL! In the beginning of this transformation I was a full time college student who was always tired at school and on the job. Now I'm still acing my classes and working like a horse, WITH the energy to actually enjoy it! I want to share my up to date success with ALL OF YOU, so please check back frequently for advice and inspiration!
