My conditioning has increased over 100 percent. Everyone is impressed and I receive compliments every day.Anthony motivates and encourages me every session; He believed in me when everyone else thought I was a joke.He was the only one who told me that I could do anything I set my mind to doing.He stayed right beside me and work along side with me while all other were making fun of me. He.has given me confidence and I know there is  not anything I can't do. I RULE the gym now!!

I was thin, I had muscle tone but no real mass. After meeting with the head trainer Anthony, he set up a program with me that worked with my demanding work schedule (nights and weekends). He met with me everytime on time and provided me with great moral support, information on diet and a workout that is fun. I have seen great results(10lbs of lean muscle) and feel much better about my physique. I recommend Helping Hand's service to anyone who is looking to see great results and feel better about their image.

Share your proudest fitness achievements while working with the Helping Hand and how you felt We were of greatest service to you!-I've known Anthony since college and have watched him pack on massive size over the years. While skin busting muscle isn't in my particular appetite, I knew Anthony was the right source when it came to fitness advice. Speaking with Anthony (Ant Lee) over the years, I've always solicited minor workout tweaks to help me through plateaus. However during the 4th Quarter of 2008, I was really starting to gain weight considering my job as an auditor. I had limited time to go to the gym and found that when I did make it, I was doing the same exercises over and over with no gains (strength or physical). I've never gone to a trainer and probably never will in person, it's just not me. But residing in California I did reach out big Ant Lee for some long-distance advice. I laid out my goals and my limitation of only having 3 days a week an hour at a time to get to the gym. Anthony took the time to ensure he understood my underlying goal (physical appearance & health vs. strength gains) and tailored the perfect workout with step by step instructions. I followed this workout over a 2-3 month period, taking periodic breaks for my busy schedule, and with the proactive coaching by Anthony achieved my desired results. While there was no desired timeline to achieve the results, they were clear to me nonetheless. I dropped 10 lbs, felt great, and I know had my fit appearance back. More specifically, I had more endurance, could easily knock out 10 pull ups, and push ups were a breeze. The greatest thing about Anthony's advice is that it is practical. He gave me very specific workouts and instructions along with the timeline and frequency to execute them. He took into account the days I could work out and my preferred gym time to target to specific workouts that would be effective. I'm now on my second workout regime with Anthony, moving on to sport specific advice (basketball) to improve my fitness and personal performance on my company's basketball team. All you need is a goal, some dedication, and in my case a Helping Hand in order to meet success. Thank you for the assistance in keeping my workouts efficient so I can more quickly achieve my fitness goals.

Things started off great, but slowed down eventually, leaving me frustrated with my progress. Well, I finally got serious and hit Ant Lee up for some training advice. Long story short, he's helped me not only put on 5-10 lbs of muscle in a short time, and I've learned a lot of helpful training and nutrition tips that will help me for the rest of my life. I'd reccommend the Helping Hand Company to anyone serious about their fitness goals, no matter how long you have been at it there is always something you could be doing better, stronger, or faster!
