Hello everyone! Thank you so much for visitng our company website, it is such an honor to be allowed the chance to serve your health and fitness needs!

I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2006 with degrees in Marketing, Human Resource Management, as well as an MBA in finance. Even then I knew that my true passion was not in the business world, it was in fitness! I have been training clients and helping them reach their fitness goals since 2004 and have absolutely loved it since day one! I decided to take my fitness education to the very highest level when I became certified with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in October of 2008 I have an extensive amount of experience serving clients with a wide variety of fitness levels and needs, and am very passionate about helping you reach your goals as well. I truly believe that, "Everyone's a Winner, with a Helping Hand!"

Welcome to the Helping Hand! I know how difficult it is to start a new wellness program, and I’m so happy that you have taken the first step. I have been involved in health clubs for over five years, and have seen first hand that by making the right choices and making fitness a part of your lifestyle you can completely change your life! I have provided a range of services while working at various health clubs including addressing questions about the facility and equipment, concerns about billing and processing payments, but most importantly I took it upon myself to make sure members were getting the results and services they expected. Over the years I found the biggest complaint I would get from members was that they felt unappreciated and overlooked. Unfortunately, I started to see what my clients were talking about and did not want to be a part of a company that didn’t see their members as individuals, so I resigned.
When Anthony told me he was starting the Helping Hand Training Company I knew these issues would not exist, and when he offered me the role of manager of customer relations I gladly accepted! I wanted to work with Anthony because I have seen his passion for health and fitness. It’s not just his passion; it’s his knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to his clients that made me want to be a part of his team. It is our promise to you that we will be there every step of the way as you work towards a healthy lifestyle.
